INGREDIENTS 3 lbs Whole Chicken Wings Blues Hog Sweet & Savory  ½  stick Butter ¼ cup Blues Hog Tennessee Red BBQ Sauce ½ cup Blues Hog Champions Blend BBQ sauce INSTRUCTIONS Prepare grill for cooking using a vortex, with one grill grate down the middle  Remove chicken wings from packaging and cut wing tips off and continue to cut and separate drums and flats - season all sides with Blues Hog Sweet and Savory  Place the 4-5 wings on the grill grate for 1 min each directly over the vortex ... this is just to get the jail bird lines....

INGREDIENTS 2 avocados 1 small lime, juiced ½ cup pre-made pico de gallo (can be found at local grocery store) Dash or two of Blues Hog Bold & Beefy INSTRUCTIONS Now mix it all up in a bowl and taste test. Adjust the ingredients to your liking, and enjoy with tortilla chips, as a burger topping, dip for veggies...or on a piece of toast.  Recipe makes for a small bowl of guac. INGREDIENTS: 4-5 lb pork belly (with skin removed) Blues Hog Original Dry Rub or Sweet and Savory Seasoning Blues Hog Original BBQ Sauce Duck Fat Spray 1 stick of unsalted butter Light brown sugar Honey Apple juice (for spritzing) INSTRUCTIONS: Cut the pork belly into approximately 1 inch cubes. It’s okay if they are a bit larger since they will shrink during the cooking process. Spray the pork belly cubes with Duck Fat Spray as a binder to let your seasoning adhere to the meat.
