Smokey Mountain BBQ Sauce

1 Bag Mozzarella Cheese Blend

1 Package Blues Hog Burnt Ends

Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce

1 Red Onion, Finely Chopped
-
Grape Tomatoes, Halved
-
Green Onions, Finely Chopped
-
6-8 Fresh Jalapeños

Truffle & Chop Seasoning
Directions
Preheat drum or oven to 400℉.
Spread Smokey Mountain over dough in a circular motion until covered.
Add cheese blend to desired amount.
Slice Burnt Ends into smaller, bite-sized pieces and layer over cheese, followed by jalapeños, red onions, green onions, and tomato slices. Dust with a layer of Truffle & Chop Seasoning.
Place on drum or grill until crust goldens. Remove and top with Raspberry Chipotle and green onions.
