Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout at which point you may choose between the options presented. All Ground services are estimated and no delivery date is guaranteed.
Free Shipping only offered in the contiguous 48 states in the United States of America. Further exclusions apply including, but not limited, to fuel and meat products and are subject to change without written warning or communication.
International Shipping
At this time, we offer limited international shipping to Canada. Shipping estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you live outside of the United States and Canada, please email orders@blueshog.com so we can help get you in touch with a dealer in your country.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Blues Hog is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@blueshog.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient’s telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and seals, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Cost of shipping on a return is the responsibility of the shipper.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please submit photos of any damage or defect to orders@blueshog.com to help expedite the claim. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
