Mix Blues Hog Beef Marinade and water, using 1/3 cup dry marinade and two cups of water for every 15 lb of meat. Submerge steaks and chill in refrigerator at least 30 minutes before grilling.
Heat grill. Season steaks with Bold & Beefy Seasoning and place steak on grill. Cook until you reach an internal temperature of 135º-140º. Re-season steak when pulled from grill and let rest. Top with a compound butter and garnish.
