My son told me to try, as I like cooking big pieces of pork and I do a lot of pork loin. So, I injected a pork loin, stuffed it, smoked and tried. The meat was very tender and very tasty. I thought it added some great flavor to my Porker Shoulder, I probably could have used more but being it was the first time I thought I would take a little easy in case it was over powering but it was not at all.
I will be using it again for sure
