I love cooking with this sauce. It's great to mop ribs and use on pulled pork to help hold the seasoning and get a better bark when smoking. When used as a marinade the sweetness gets toned down and the chipotle peppers add a nice little kick at the end. We have even used it on bacon wrapped dates and it complemented the taste very well. For most things, I find it a little too sweet to put directly on after everything is cooked, but I'd happily buy this by the gallon if that was an option.
