Heating Instructions:
Thaw under refrigeration for 48–72 hours before reheating. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Place the thawed turkey breast-side up on a flat rack in a shallow roasting pan, about 2-2½″ deep. Do not stuff. Brush or spray the skin with oil or butter. Insert oven-safe meat thermometer into thigh without touching bone. Cook 8–10 minutes per pound. Begin checking about 30 minutes before the recommended finish time. The turkey is done when the thermometer in the thigh reads 170
