Heating Instructions:
Thaw under refrigeration for 48-72 hours before reheating. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the thawed turkey breast-side up on a flat rack in a shallow roasting pan, about 2-2½" deep. Do not stuff. Brush or spray the skin with oil or butter. Insert oven-safe meat thermometer into thigh without touching bone. Cook 8-10 minutes per pound. Begin checking about 30 minutes before the recommended finish time. The turkey is done when the thermometer in the thigh reads 170ºF.
