It's here... We're giving you the inside scoop on the World Champion Nachos you know and love! This sweet heat & savory combination of Blues Hog flavors is a fan favorite at our catering events, and now you can make them at home!

Ingredients
-
1 6-7 lb. Pork Butt (We choose Marble Ridge Farms!)
-
⅓ cup Blues Hog Pork Marinade
-
2 cups Water
-
Blues Hog Sweet & Savory Seasoning
-
1 cup Blues Hog Tennessee Red BBQ Sauce
-
Blues Hog Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce
-
Queso
-
Scallions
-
Pickled Onions
-
Blues Hog Ritas & Fajitas Seasoning
-
Foil for wrap
Directions
Whisk together pork marinade and water. Using a flavor injector, generously inject the pork with the mixture.
Heavily coat pork in Sweet & Savory seasoning.
Place pork on smoker at 300℉ for 2 hours. At this 2 hour mark, place pork on foil, cover with a cup of Tennessee Red, wrap closed, and return to smoker for an additional 2 hours (this may vary).
The pork should be done when the internal temperature reaches 210℉ and is sufficiently tender. Remove from heat and let rest in foil for another 30 minutes to an hour.
Using hands, forks, or tongs, pull the pork apart and season generously with more Sweet & Savory and Ritas & Fajitas Seasonings.
In a serving dish, place tortilla chips, followed by pork, queso, scallions, pickled onions, Raspberry Chipotle, and top it off with another dusting of Ritas & Fajitas!
Serve and enjoy!
