Spicy Fried Pickle Dip

A midwest favorite turned into a quick and easy dip with the help of Jalapeño Lime Ranch! Serve with classic ruffle chips or fresh veggies.

Ingredients

1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

1 tbsp Butter

2 cups Sour Cream
-
2 cups chopped Dill Pickles

2 tbsp Dill Pickle Juice

¼ cup Jalapeño Lime Ranch

1 tbsp chopped Dill
-
1 tbsp Rodeo Rub Seasoning
Directions
Melt butter over low heat in a saucepan. Add in panko breadcrumbs
Toast bread crumbs until golden brown, about 4 minutes
In a medium bowl, add in sour cream, chopped pickles and pickle juice, Jalapeño Lime Ranch, chopped dill, and Rodeo Rub seasoning
Mix ingredients together until smooth
Add in ½ cup of panko breadcrumbs to the mixture and combine
Transfer dip over to a serving bowl or platter
Top with additional ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
Optional: garnish top of dish with additional chopped pickles, dill, Rodeo Rub and Jalapeño Lime Ranch. Enjoy!
