Spicy Breakfast Quesadillas
Start your morning off with this zesty blend of Ritas & Fajitas, ham, nacho cheese sauce & more! This fast and easy-to-prepare dish puts a delicious Blues Hog spin on the classic breakfast quesadilla!
Spray a small skillet with cooking spray and set 2 tortillas in over low heat. Top ½ with ham, green onions, sliced tomato, salt, pepper, and cheeses. Top with another tortilla and cook, turning once, until lightly brown on both sides (about 5 minutes). Remove to a plate and repeat to remaining quesadillas.
Serve with nacho cheese sauce and enjoy!
