2 lbs Chicken Wings
Blues Hog 'Ritas & Fajitas Seasoning
2 tbsp Mayo
2 Limes
1 cup Cilantro
½ cup finely diced Jalapeños
½ cup of Cotija Cheese
Blues Hog Jalapeño Lime Ranch
Brine chicken wings in Blues Hog Rise & Brine Chicken Marinade for at least 30 minutes
Pat wings dry and move to a bowl
Coat wings heavily in Blues Hog 'Ritas & Fajitas Seasoning
Spray with olive oil and air fry at 400ºF for 18-20 minutes - until chicken reaches internal temp of 165ºF
While chicken is cooking - in a large bowl, combine 2 tbsp mayo, juice of 1.5 limes, 1 cup cilantro, ½ cup finely diced jalapeños, and ½ cup of cotija cheese
Add wings to sauce mixture and toss
Top with additional 'Ritas & Fajitas + additional cilantro
