Do you beef up your burgers? This our take on a classic double cheese burger, but adding in our Bold & Beefy Seasoning as the ultimate hamburger patty seasoning.
Ingredients
-
1 lb. Ground Beef (We choose Marble Ridge Farms Wagyu!)
-
1/2 cup Bacon, Cooked
-
4 slices Colby Jack cheese
-
2 tbsp. Blues Hog Bold & Beefy
-
1 tomato, sliced (Optional)
-
4 leaves of lettuce (Optional)
-
1 onion, sliced (Optional)
Directions
Preheat the grill. Form ground beef into 4 patties.
Season burger patties with Bold and Beefy Seasoning and place on the grill seasoned side down.
Before you flip the burgers, season the top.
Grill to medium with an internal temperature of 140ºF. This should take about 6-7 minutes.
As the alternate side of the burger patties are cooking, melt a slice of cheese overtop and toast your burger buns simultaneously. Cover with aluminum pan to make cheese melt faster, if needed.
Place bacon over each burger patty and stack two burgers on each bottom bun. Top with tomato, lettuce, and your choice of toppings.
Tip: Caramelized onions make an excellent addition to this burger.
