Bold and Beefy Fried Rice
4 cups white rice
6 slices bacon
- 2 eggs
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 bag (12 oz) frozen peas and carrots
1 tsp Blues Hog Bold and Beefy Seasoning
Wash and cook 4 cups of white rice according to the directions
In a large pan, cooked bacon. Remove before it becomes crispy. Chop bacon and set aside.
Keep grease in pan and heat rice with the bacon grease.
Soft scrambled eggs in the same pan. Add bacon, vegetables, and soy sauce, and mix well.
Once heated thoroughly, it is ready to be served
