This quick & tasty salmon rice bowl is perfect for busy days! Fresh salmon, fluffy rice, and flavorful toppings come together in minutes. Healthy, satisfying, and so easy to make!
2 Salmon Fillets (skin-on or off, your choice)
½ tablespoon Blues Hog All In Seasoning
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/3 cup Blues Hog Whiskey Blues BBQ Sauce
1 cup cooked Jasmine or Brown Rice
1/2 cup shredded Purple Cabbage
1/2 Avocado, sliced
1/4 cup sliced Cucumbers
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Optional: pickled Ginger or a squeeze of Lime
Season the salmon lightly with Blues Hog All In Seasoning.
Sear the salmon skin-side down in olive oil over medium-high heat (about 3–4 minutes per side depending on thickness).
Brush with Blues Hog Whiskey Blues BBQ Sauce and let it caramelize slightly in the pan for 1–2 minutes. Flip and repeat. The glaze should bubble and thicken around the salmon.
Assemble your bowl as follows: Base of rice, add cabbage, avocado, and cucumbers, then top with glazed salmon. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and optional garnishes.
