1 wheel of Brie Cheese (8 oz)
1/3 cup Blues Hog Whiskey Blues BBQ Sauce
2–3 slices thick-cut Blues Hog Sizzle Bacon
1/4 cup chopped Pecans
Crackers, Apple Slices, or Toasted Baguette for serving
Preheat the over to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it. Set aside.
Place the brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small oven-safe dish. Optional: Lightly score the top of the brie with a knife in a crosshatch pattern for better flavor penetration.
Mix together the Whiskey Blues sauce crumbled bacon, chopped pecans,
Spoon the mixture over the top of the brie.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the brie is soft and melty but not oozing everywhere.
