Viral Mexican Hot Dogs

We put the viral Mexican hot dog skillet to the test - with a Blues Hog spin of course! 'Ritas & Fajitas Seasoning and NEW Jalapeño Lime Ranch totally elevated this quick recipe along with the star of the show, delicious Marble Ridge Farms Wagyu Hot Dogs.
Ingredients

1 pack Marble Ridge Farms Wagyu Skinless Hot Dogs

1 package Brioche Hot Dog Buns

1 large Heirloom Tomato

1 large White Onion

3 Jalapeños, de-seeded if desired

1 bunch Cilantro

2 tbsp Unsalted Butter

1 tbsp Blues Hog ‘Ritas & Fajitas Seasoning

Blues Hog Jalapeño Lime Ranch
Directions
Slice tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños. De-seed jalapeños to reduce heat if desired
Add butter to a large skillet and let melt over medium-high heat
Add hot dogs, tomatoes, onion, and jalapeños to the skillet and cover, stirring occasionally
Toast brioche buns in oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit for about 2-3 minutes on the top rack
Once onions and jalapeños begin to soften, add ‘Ritas & Fajitas Seasoning. Continue to let cook until the hot dogs have reached your desired char and remove from heat - we like ours crispy!
Assemble hot dogs on brioche buns and top with sauteed tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños. Top with cilantro and Blues Hog Jalapeño Lime Ranch
