Summery, light, and featuring our beloved Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce! Whipped ricotta cheese paired with fresh fruit and bacon creates the perfect sweet and salty bite.
Ingredients

1 baguette, thinly sliced

1 large tomato, diced

2 ripe peaches, diced

¾ cup Blues Hog Sizzle Bacon, chopped

1 cup ricotta cheese
-
¼ cup butter
-
4 tbsp Blues Hog Raspberry Chipotle

Juice of ½ lemon
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slice your baguette into ½ inch slices.
Add baguette slices to a baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.
Place baguette slices in oven for 8-10 minutes, until crispy.
In a bowl, add diced tomatoes, peaches, basil, bacon, lemon juice, and raspberry chipotle sauce. Mix well and set aside.
Add ricotta cheese to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Once baguette slices are done, spread a generous layer of the whipped ricotta on each slice.
Top each crostini with a spoonful of the tomato, peach, and bacon mixture.
Drizzle with additional Blues Hog Raspberry Chipotle and serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
