Fire up the grill and grab your favorite burger toppings, it's about to get cheesy!

Ingredients

1 lb. Ground Beef (We choose Marble Ridge Farms Wagyu!)
Blues Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning
2 cups Shredded Cheese
1 Fresh Tomato, Sliced
4 Lettuce Leaves
1 White or red onion, Sliced

Directions

Preheat grill.
Shape ground beef into 4 large, round patties.
Generously season patties with Bold & Beefy Seasoning and place over direct heat on the grill.
Flip the burgers over and add more Bold & Beefy seasoning to the other side.
When approaching the end of desired doneness, remove burgers from direct heat and cover with 1/4 cup shredded cheese, letting the cheese surround the burger. Cover the grill and let cheese fully melt.
Transfer to to bottom buns and top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and your favorite burger toppings!
