The perfect appetizer for your game day spread! Make this crunchy bite with a hint of Blues Hog Truffle & Chop seasoning!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Bag Frozen Tater Tots
  • ¾ Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream
  • ½ lb. Blues Hog Sizzle Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Green onions, Sliced
  • Blues Hog Truffle & Chop Seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

  2. Spray muffin pans with cooking spray.

  3. Place 3-4 tater tots in each cup. Place muffin pan in the oven to bake for 10 minutes. Remove pan from the oven.

  4. Spray bottom of a drinking glass with cooking spray and press tater tots in each muffin cup to make a potato cup. When done, place back in the oven to bake for 15 more minutes until golden brown and crunchy.

  5. Add a generous amount of cheddar cheese to each cup and bake until cheese has melted. Transfer to plate and let cool.

  6. Sprinkle a base of Truffle & Chop Seasoning in each cup.

  7. Add sour cream, bacon, and green onion to each tater tot cup.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
