Tater Tot Cups
The perfect appetizer for your game day spread! Make this crunchy bite with a hint of Blues Hog Truffle & Chop seasoning!
16 oz. Bag Frozen Tater Tots
¾ Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
½ Cup Sour Cream
½ lb. Bacon, Cooked and crumbled (We choose Marble Ridge Farms!)
2 Green onions, Sliced
Blues Hog Truffle & Chop Seasoning
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Spray muffin pans with cooking spray.
Place 3-4 tater tots in each cup. Place muffin pan in the oven to bake for 10 minutes. Remove pan from the oven.
Spray bottom of a drinking glass with cooking spray and press tater tots in each muffin cup to make a potato cup. When done, place back in the oven to bake for 15 more minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
Add a generous amount of cheddar cheese to each cup and bake until cheese has melted. Transfer to plate and let cool.
Sprinkle a base of Truffle & Chop Seasoning in each cup.
Add sour cream, bacon, and green onion to each tater tot cup.
Serve and enjoy!
