Pair this sweet & smokey salmon with a side of rice and some bok choy for a delicious and healthy dinner!
Salmon Side (abt. 2 pounds)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp High Flyin’ Chicken Seasoning
¼ cup Sweet Asian Dragon BBQ Sauce
Pat salmon dry with paper towels.
Rub salmon with olive oil.
Generously sprinkle salmon with High Flyin’ Chicken Seasoning.
Heat smoker to 225–250°F (107–121°C).
Place salmon skin-side down on the smoker rack. Smoke for 20-25 minutes.
Brush salmon with Sweet Asian Dragon sauce and continue to let smoke for another 15-20 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 125°F (52°C).
Remove from smoker and let rest 5 minutes.
Garnish with sliced green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
