Looking for a unique appetizer sure to please a crowd? Look no further than this delicious twist on classic jalapeño poppers - this time with grilled street corn and a combo of Blues Hog 'Ritas & Fajitas + Jalapeño Lime Ranch!
Ingredients

15 Fresh Jalapeños

1 8 oz Package of Softened Cream Cheese

½ cup of Grilled Corn

½ cup of cooked Blues Hog Sizzle Bacon

½ cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

⅓ cup of Cotija Cheese
-
⅓ cup of diced Red Onion

2 tbsp Blues Hog ‘Ritas & Fajitas Seasoning

Blues Hog Jalapeño Lime Ranch
Directions
Prepare jalapeños by cutting off the stem and slicing down the middle. Gently core the inside of the jalapeños with a spoon and discard the seeds and ribs. Set aside hollowed out jalapeños on a sheet pan.
In a medium sized bowl add the following: softened cream cheese, grilled corn, bacon, cheddar cheese, cotija cheese, diced red onion, and ‘Ritas & Fajitas seasoning.
Using a wooden spoon, gently combine ingredients until the filling begins to come together.
Using a butter knife or a spoon, insert filling inside of the hollowed out jalapeños.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake stuffed jalapeños for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
Top stuffed jalapeños with cilantro and drizzle with Blues Hog Jalapeño Lime Ranch.
