1½–2 lbs flank steak or skirt steak, sliced thin
1 large onion, sliced
2–3 tbsp Blues Hog 'Ritas & Fajitas Seasoning
Flour tortillas
Lime wedges,lettuce, cilantro, cherry tomatoes (optional)

Toss steak with 1 tbsp oil and 'Ritas & Fajitas Seasoning
Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and rest.
Add remaining oil and sliced onion to the skillet. Cook 5–7 minutes until tender. Season with a little more ‘Ritas & Fajitas.
Return the steak to the skillet with the onion. Toss together for 1 minute.
Warm tortillas, fill with steak and onion, then drizzle generously with Jalapeño Lime Ranch.
Finish with fresh cilantro, lettuce, tomatoes, and a squeeze of lime.
