Nothing says summertime in St. Louis like barbecue pork steaks!
Ingredients

Blues Hog All In Seasoning

Blues Hog Original Dry Rub
-
Blues Hog Pork Marinade Mix
-
Blues Hog Smokey Mountain
-
1 can Light Beer
-
3 Pork Steaks (We choose Marble Ridge Farms!)
Directions
Light grill or smoker to 300℉.
Combine 2 cups Pork Marinade Mix with 20 oz. water and pour in foil pan. Place pork steaks and let marinate for 1 hour or more.
Once done, remove from marinade and season generously with All In Seasoning - to taste, followed by Original Dry Rub - for color. Place on smoker for 30 minutes, then check and flip.
At the 45 minute mark, remove pork steaks from smoker, place in foil pan, and coat generously in Smokey Mountain sauce. Pour your choice of light beer into the pan, and cover the top with aluminum foil. Place back on smoker for 1.5 hours.
Remove the pan from the heat, and place each individual pork steak back on the grate. Sauce again with Smokey Mountain, repeating 3-4 times every 2 to 3 minutes, letting the sauce caramelize.
Remove from heat and enjoy!
