Ingredients

1 package Blues Hog Sizzle Bacon

1 Kielbasa Sausage (We choose Marble Ridge Farms!)

1 package softened Cream Cheese
-
Blues Hog Sweet & Savory Seasoning
-
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Sliced Jalapeños
-
Blues Hog Smokey Mountain
Directions
Slice kielbasa sausage into ½ inch slices. Cut bacon strips in half to fit around each sausage piece. Wrap each sausage with a slice of bacon and pin closed with a toothpick.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Sweet & Savory, and Cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
Put mixture into a piping bag and place onto center of each piece. Garnish with fresh jalapeños. Place on the smoker at 300℉ for 45 minutes. Brush on Smokey Mountain and let sauce set for 15 minutes. Remove from heat.
When done, sprinkle with more Sweet & Savory seasoning and top with Raspberry Chipotle. Enjoy!
