Ingredients

3 Burger Buns

1 Red Onion

Blues Hog Smokey Mountain BBQ Sauce

Crunchy Dill Pickles
-
1 Thin Sliced Tomato

2 lbs. Ground Beef (We choose Marble Ridge Farms!)

Finely shaved iceberg lettuce
-
Blues Hog All In Seasoning
-
Blues Hog Original Dry Rub

3 Slices Mild Cheddar Cheese
-
3 Sliced Colby Jack Cheese
Directions
Set grill to 180℉.
Form ½ lb. burger patties and season generously with All In. Place on grill and let slow cook for 45 minutes.
At the 45 minute mark, season burgers generously with Original Dry Rub and top with Smokey Mountain BBQ Sauce.
When internal temperature of each burger is around 136℉, add slice of cheddar cheese and colby jack cheese to each. Let cook until internal temperature (for medium) is 145℉. Remove from heat and quickly toast burger buns.
Start with your bottom toasted bun, followed by thinly sliced tomato, lettuce, red onion, burger patty, Smokey Mountain, pickles, and the top of the bun. Enjoy!
