3 Potato Buns
2 lbs. Ground Beef (We choose Marble Ridge Farms!)
3 slices Kraft Cheese
1 thinly sliced yellow onion
Finely chopped iceberg lettuce
Butter
Freshly chopped Garlic Bulbs
Your favorite Blues Hog BBQ Sauce
Light smoker to 600℉ with grill grates flat top. Form ¼ lb. burger balls (6) and season each generously with All In seasoning.
Butter the flat top and sprinkle freshly chopped garlic. Place each burger ball on the flat top and smash with a large, flat spatula, or burger smasher. Generously coat each patty with your favorite yellow mustard followed by yellow onion slices. Flip and let finish cooking, adding one slice of Kraft cheese to each until melted.
When fully cooked, remove from heat, and toast buns quickly. Layer your burger with lettuce, your favorite BBQ sauce, two smash burger patties, and pickles. Enjoy!
