Sizzle up your Summer with this Blues Hog spin on the classic BLT!
Ingredients

1 package Blues Hog Sizzle Bacon
-
Sweet & Savory Seasoning
-
1 ½ cups Brown Sugar
-
1 large tomato, sliced
-
1 head of Butterhead Lettuce
-
1 Avocado, Sliced
-
Sourdough or Preferred Bread Loaf

1 tbsp. Butter
-
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
-
½ cup Mayonnaise
-
½ cup Blues Hog Honey Mustard
For Mayo:
Directions
For Candied Bacon:
Preheat oven to 375℉. Cover baking sheet with foil and place drip rack on pan. Spray with oil. Place bacon strips flat and cover each piece with a thick layer of brown sugar, followed by a top coat of Sweet & Savory to preferred taste.
Place in oven for 20-25 minutes.
For Mayo:
Combine ½ cup of Mayonnaise with ½ cup Blues Hog Honey Mustard. Mix until well combined.
For Sandwich:
Cut sourdough loaf into angled slices.
Combine butter and olive oil over heat on the stove until melted. Place bread in pan and toast each side to preferred color. Spread Honey Mustard mayonnaise on each side.
Remove bacon from oven and place on sandwich while still warm, followed by lettuce, tomato, and avocado slices.
