This Sweet Chili Shrimp Stir Fry comes together in minutes - easy, veggie packed, and delicious!
Ingredients

8 oz package Lo Mein
-
1 lb Shrimp
-
1 tbsp Sweet & Savory Seasoning
-
1 Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
-
1 Carrot, shredded
-
3 Green Onions, sliced
-
1 cup Broccoli Florets
-
½ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
-
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
-
1 tbsp Lime juice
-
1 tsp Sesame Oil
-
1–2 Garlic Cloves, minced

2 tbsp Avocado or Olive Oil

Directions
Bring water to a boil and cook lo mein according to package directions. Strain and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine Blues Hog Sweet Chili, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic.
Lightly oil a skillet and add shrimp. Coat generously with Blues Hog Sweet & Savory seasoning. Cook until opaque and set aside in a separate bowl.
Add in the veggies: broccoli, shredded carrot, 1 sliced green onion, and red bell pepper. Cover and stir occasionally for 3-5 minutes.
Add lo mein, shrimp, and sauce mixture to pan. Toss ingredients and ensure everything is thoroughly coated in sauce. Cover for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove skillet from heat and serve. Top with fresh sliced green onions, scallions, and extra Sweet Chili if desired!
