Soak Wooden Skewers in water before piercing.
Combine olive oil and Cajun Bayou in a separate bowl and coat shrimp. Slice Kielbasa into smaller pieces.
Pierce one end of the shrimp, followed by the sliced sausage piece, and the other end of the shrimp (creating a āCā shape).
Place on grill at 400ā for no more than 5 minutes.
