4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts (about 6–8 oz each)

4 tbsp. Olive Oil

2 tsp. Blues Hog High Flyin’ Chicken Seasoning

2 tsp. Blues Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning

2 cups Broccoli Florets

2 cups Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced

2 Zucchini, sliced into half-moons

2 Yellow Squash, sliced into half-moons

2 small Red Onions, sliced

Directions
Preheat Oven to 425ºF (220ºC). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
In a large bowl, toss all vegetables with olive oil and Bold & Beefy Seasoning.
Spread vegetables evenly across the pan. Add the chicken breasts, coated in High Flyin’ Chicken, and the rest of the veggies around them.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165ºF and vegetables are tender and slightly browned.
Let everything cool slightly. Slice chicken and divide into 4 containers with an even mix of veggies. Enjoy!
