14 inch Premade Pizza Crust
16 oz. Can Chili Beans
3 Tbsp. Ritas & Fajitas Seasoning
1 cup Provel Cheese
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
8 oz. Beef Taco Meat (We choose Marble Ridge Farms Wagyu Beef!)
½ cup Diced Fresh Tomato
1-2 Sliced, fresh Jalapeños
Pickled Red Onions (For garnish)
Preheat oven to 400°F. Season taco beef with Ritas & Fajitas, cook in a skillet until done, and set aside.
Open chili beans and pour into blender or food processor. Add Ritas & Fajitas and blend until smooth.
Cut tomato in half and dice. Slice jalapeños.
Spread chili bean sauce over you crust, then spread provel and cheddar cheeses. Add taco meat and finish with a layer of tomato and jalapeño slices.
Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes. The thinner the crust, the shorter cook time.
Remove from the oven when crust is golden brown, slice avocado and place on top. Sprinkle on pickled red onions and top with sour cream. Cut and enjoy!
