Brownie Whoopie Pies with a Raz Chipotle Filling
Your new Raspberry Chipotle guilty pleasure...
½ cup Blues Hog Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce
1 Package Brownie Mix (18.4 oz)
¼ cup Flour
1 cup Chocolate Chips
¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Large Eggs
3 tbsp. Water
1 tbsp. Colored Sprinkles
½ cup Soft Butter
1½ cups Powdered Sugar
¼ Teaspoon Salt Kosher
Small pinch Cayenne Pepper
1 Package Store Bought Icing (For decoration)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Stir brownie mix and flour together in a medium bowl until well combined. Add chocolate chips, oil, water, eggs, and stir until well blended.
Scoop 20 round tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake in preheated oven for 9-10 minutes or until done. Remove from the oven and let cool before removing to a clean baking sheet.
In a separate bowl, combine powdered sugar, butter, Raspberry Chipotle, and vanilla. Whip with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
Place icing into a large Ziplock bag and cut small hole in the corner. Pipe filling onto the center of one cookie and place other cookie on top to create your whoopie pie. Repeat until all baked cookies are combined.
For decoration, use cookie icing for design and top with sprinkles.
