A spicy twist on a holiday classic! These Candied Raspberry Chipotle Sweet Potatoes will melt in your mouth and have guests coming back for more.
Ingredients

4 medium Sweet Potatoes, sliced into ½-inch rounds

4 tbsp (½ stick) Butter

½ cup Brown Sugar (light or dark)

¾ cup Blues Hog Raspberry Chipotle
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or cast iron skillet.
Lay sweet potato slices in layers, slightly overlapping.
Make the glaze: In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and Raspberry Chipotle. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes until smooth and glossy.
Coat & bake: Pour glaze evenly over the sweet potatoes, making sure they’re well-coated. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake: Bake for 35 minutes covered, then remove foil and spoon the glaze from the bottom over the top of the potatoes. Bake uncovered another 10–15 minutes until tender and caramelized.
Finish: Let rest a few minutes before serving so the glaze thickens slightly. Garnish with fresh raspberries or chopped pecans if desired.
