A classic BBQ favorite meets one-pot comfort meal deliciousness!
Ingredients

Cooked 10.5 oz (2/3 pound) Pulled Pork

1 tbsp minced Garlic
-
1 tsp Olive Oil
-
2 tbsp Blues Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning
-
½ White Onion, diced
-
½ Red Bell Pepper, diced
-
1 tbsp Blues Hog Cajun Bayou Seasoning (season to taste)

1 cup Beef Broth
-
½ cup Tomato Sauce
-
1 14 oz can crushed Tomatoes

1 8 oz can Kidney Beans, drained

1 8 oz can Northern Beans, drained
Directions
Heat a large pot on medium heat and add olive oil and minced garlic. Saute the garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Add the onions and bell pepper. Cook until veggies are softened.
Add in Bold & Beefy seasoning and stir until well combined.
Pour in the beef broth and let everything come to a simmer for around 10 minutes.
Add in the pulled pork and stir well.
Add in tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, and beans. Stir to combine.
Allow the entire pot of chili to simmer on low heat for about 1 hour to let thicken.
Season to taste with Cajun Bayou seasoning.
Serve with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and cilantro if desired.
