Kick off your Summer with this delicious pork chop recipe, perfect for grilling poolside!
2 Sticks Unsalted Butter, Melted
3 Bone-In Pork Chops (We choose Marble Ridge Farms!)
All In Seasoning
Truffle & Chop Seasoning
2 Sticks Unsalted Butter
2 cups Tennessee Red BBQ Sauce
8 oz. Favorite Beer or Sun Drop
½ cup Truffle & Chop Seasoning
Fire up grill to 500 degrees (for sear).
Season both sides of Pork Chop generously with Truffle & Chop Seasoning, followed by a light layer of All In Seasoning. Let seasonings sit for 20 minutes.
Place Pork Chops on grill for a quick sear (about 1 minute), flip and repeat on other side.
Mix 2 sticks unsalted butter, Tennessee Red, Beer, and Truffle & Chop over low heat until melted. Stir to combine.
Dip Pork Chops into baste and place back on heat, repeating for flavor, until internal temperatures reaches 135℉.
Remove from heat and plate with Peach Salsa recipe. Serve and enjoy!
