2 Green Bell Peppers, Sliced
Sliced Portabella Mushrooms
Blues Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning
Blues Hog All In Seasoning
Blues Hog Ritas & Fajitas Seasoning
1 pack Provolone Cheese
1 pack (6) Hoagie Buns
Blues Hog Chick & Fry Burger Sauce
Prep your ingredients. Slice Sirloin Steaks into thin pieces - We recommend keeping slightly frozen to cut better. Season generously with Blues Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning and All In seasoning.
Pour tallow, butter, or oil on flat top grill. Place meat on grill, followed by onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Season vegetables generously with Blues Hog Ritas & Fajitas.
When meat is fully cooked, combine with vegetables and portion out your sandwiches. Place 2 slices of provolone cheese on each portion ad let melt over top. Top with Ritas & Fajitas.
Toast hoagie buns until golden brown. Start with a thick coating of Chick & Fry Burger sauce, followed by your meat, veggie and cheese combo, and more sauce of your choosing. Serve and Enjoy!
