Forget about the fryer or the grill! These oven baked wings are not only delicious but easy as can be.
Ingredients
Directions
In a large plastic bag - prep Rise & Brine Chicken Marinade according to package.
Add chicken wings to marinade- let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Remove chicken wings from marinade and pat dry with a paper towel.
Place parchment or butcher paper on a sheet pan. Add wings to sheet pan - spread out evenly so no wings are touching to ensure peak crispiness.
Season generously with your seasoning blend(s). Make sure to flip to get both sides of wings evenly coated.
Bake in oven at 425°F for 25 minutes, flipping wings halfway through.
Remove wings from oven and baste with sauce(s) of your choice.
Return wings to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Ensure wings are cooked to 165°F before plating.
Serve with your favorite Blues Hog ranch and enjoy!
