Level up your loaded fries! Fresh shoestring fries tossed in our Truffle & Chop seasoning and savory parmesan - topped with shaved beef, Kewpie mayo, and parsley, next level flavor is coming your way!
1 bag frozen shoestring french fries
2 tbsp avocado oil
½ cup grated parmesan
1 tbsp Blues Hog Truffle & Chop Seasoning
3 oz raw shaved beef
2 tbsp Kewpie Mayo
Parsley, to garnish
Prepare your fries according to package - we threw ours in the air fryer at 400° for 13 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp avocado oil.
Add shaved beef to skillet, get a good sear on each side and then remove from heat.
Remove fries from air fryer and add to a large bowl.
Drizzle fries with avocado oil and toss.
Sprinkle in Truffle & Chop seasoning and parmesan. Toss.
Add french fries to a large plate or platter.
Add shaved beef on top, drizzle with Kewpie mayo, and garnish with parsley.
