Juicy Grilled Pork Chops
These juicy pork chops are sure not to disappoint at your next cookout thanks to our Blues Hog Pork Marinade Mix!
Mix together Pork Marinade Mix, pour into a resealable bag and add Pork Chops to let marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight for best results.
Prepare the grill with direct and indirect cooking zones by lighting charcoal on only one side of the grill and bring the heat up to 400ºF.
Remove Pork Chops from bag, pat dry, and add Sweet & Savory seasoning.
Place Pork Chops over the direct heat of the grill for 4-6 minutes on each side watching so that the seasoning does not begin to burn.
Once each side has a nice sear remove from direct heat and continue cooking over indirect heat until reaching an internal temperature of 145ºF and add any glaze if you wish.
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes to stop the cooking process and allowing the juices to redistribute.
