Ingredients

1 head Romaine Lettuce

2 tbsp Olive Oil
-
2 tsp Granulated Garlic or Garlic Powder

1/2 tbsp Bold & Beefy Seasoning or to taste

1/4 cup fresh Grated Romano Cheese
Bold & Beefy Vinaigrette Dressing
-
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
-
1 clove crushed Garlic
-
1 tsp ground Mustard
-
1/4 tbsp Blues Hog Bold & Beefy or to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk all together vinaigrette ingredients together.
Wash head of lettuce and dry thoroughly. Split lengthwise and remove outer leaves. Brush with oil then season with garlic and Bold & Beefy Seasoning.
Grill on each side until lightly browned. Should take about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and top with Bold & Beefy Vinaigrette and romano cheese.
