6 Flour or Corn Tortillas
2 8 oz Chicken Breasts
2 tbsp Blues Hog ‘Ritas & Fajitas Seasoning
Olive Oil or alternative Cooking Oil Spray
1 Avocado, sliced
1 handful of Cilantro, chopped
â…“ cup Pickled Red Onions
½ of a fresh Jalapeño, sliced
Sliced Green Onions
Blues Hog Buffalo Ranch
Season raw chicken breast generously with Blues Hog ‘Ritas & Fajitas seasoning. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove from fridge and lightly spray with olive oil (or preferred cooking oil spray).
Place chicken in an air fryer at 375ºF for 6 minutes. Flip and cook another 5-8 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
Slice cooked chicken and set aside.
Assemble tacos: warm tortillas, then layer with chicken, avocado, sliced jalapeños, green onions, pickled red onions, and fresh cilantro.
Drizzle with Blues Hog Buffalo Ranch. Serve and enjoy!
