A deli classic - in potato skin form! Drizzled with our Award Winning Honey Mustard, this recipe is perfect for football Sundays!
6 Yukon Gold potatoes
Olive oil
2 slices ham
12 dill pickle chips
3/4 cup Blues Hog Pulled Pork
1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Blues Hog Honey Mustard, to taste
Place potatoes on a sheet pan and drizzle with oil, bake at 400°F for 1 hour or until fork tender.
Slice potatoes in half lenghtwise and use a spoon to scoop out the middle.
Cut ham into 12 strips and fill potato with slices of ham and pickles.
Use a spoon to top with Blues Hog Pulled Pork.
Drizzle generously with Blues Hog Honey Mustard.
Sprinkle Swiss cheese and return to oven at 350 for about 5 minutes, until center is warm and cheese is melted.
