A balance of bold and savory with a hint of fresh truffle! This isn't just any ordinary mushroom pizza...

Ingredients

  • 14 inch Premade Pizza Crust
  • 1 jar premade Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cups Provel Cheese
  • Blues Hog Truffle & Chop Seasoning
  • 1 ½ cups Portabella Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Fresh Arugula for Topping
  • Butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Slice mushrooms and sauté in butter and Truffle & Chop seasoning. Set aside.

  3. Spread alfredo sauce over your crust, following with a layer of cheese, sautéed mushrooms, and finish with a layer of Truffle & Chop seasoning.

  4. Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes. The thinner the crust, the shorter the cook time.

  5. When crust is golden brown, remove from oven and top with arugula. Cut and enjoy!
