14 inch Premade Pizza Crust
1 Jar premade Alfredo Sauce
2 cups Provel Cheese
Blues Hog Truffle & Chop Seasoning
1 ½ cups Portabella Mushrooms
1 cup Fresh Arugula for Topping
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Slice mushrooms and sauté in butter and Truffle & Chop seasoning. Set aside.
Spread alfredo sauce over your crust, following with a layer of cheese, sautéed mushrooms, and finish with a layer of Truffle & Chop seasoning.
Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes. The thinner the crust, the shorter the cook time.
When crust is golden brown, remove from oven and top with arugula. Cut and enjoy!
