Bold and Beefy Grilled T-Bone Steak

Ingredients

2 12-18 oz. T-Bone steaks

1/3 cup Blues Hog Beef Marinade
-
2 cups water
-
1/4 cup Bold & Beefy Seasoning
Directions
Mix beef marinade and water until well combined.
Submerge steaks in the marinade and chill in refrigerator at least 30 minutes before grilling, if not longer.
When you are ready to cook the steaks, preheat grill.
Season steaks with Bold & Beefy Seasoning on all sides and place on grill. Cook until the steaks reach desired doneness, measuring by internal temperature. Follow this guide:
Rare - cook for 4 minutes or an internal temperature of 125°F
Medium-rare - cook for 5 minutes or an internal temperature of 135°F
Medium - cook for 6 to 7 minutes or an internal temperature of 145°F
Well-done - cook for 8 to 9 minutes or an internal temperature of 160 °F
Re-season steak when pulled from grill and let rest. Top with a compound butter and garnish.
