Take your BBQ Chicken Pizza to the next level with the flavors of Blues Hog Original BBQ Sauce as the base and topped with Jalapeño Lime Ranch... The perfect appetizer for your game day spread!

Ingredients

  • 14 inch Premade Pizza Crust
  • Blues Hog Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 cups Provel Cheese
  • 1 ½ cups Shredded Grilled Chicken Breast
  • 8 oz. Cooked Blues Hog Sizzle Bacon, Diced
  • 1 ½ cups Portabella Mushrooms
  • ½ Medium Red Onion sliced into strips
  • ¼ cup Whole Cilantro leaves
  • Blues Hog Jalapeño Lime Ranch

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare grill for chicken.

  2. Grill 2-3 chicken breasts. Let cool, shred, and set aside.

  3. Cook 8 oz. of Bacon in the oven until slightly under done, let cool, and cut into 1 inch pieces. Set aside.

  4. Peel and slice onion into strips.

  5. Spread Original BBQ sauce over the pizza crust. Add each layer of cheese, chicken, bacon, mushrooms and finish with onions.

  6. Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes. The thinner the crust, the shorter cook time.

  7. When crust is golden brown, remove from the oven. Garnish with cilantro leaves and drizzle with Jalapeño Lime Ranch.

  8. Cut and enjoy!
