BBQ Chicken Bacon Sliders

Add these sliders to your rotation! We used Champions' Blend BBQ Sauce, but any of your favorite Blues Hog BBQ sauce will do!

Ingredients

6 Chicken Thighs

Blues Hog Rise & Brine Marinade

6 slices Blues Hog Sizzle Bacon
-
½ cup chopped Lettuce
-
½ cup chopped Tomatoes
-
1 package of Hawaiian Rolls
-
3 tbsp Blues Hog Champions’ Blend
-
4 slices Colby Jack Cheese
Directions
Marinate 6 chicken thighs in Blues Hog Rise & Brine Chickens Marinade for at least 30 minutes
While chicken is marinating, prep lettuce and tomatoes, set aside.
Add chicken thighs and bacon to a flat top grill or a large skillet. Season with Blues Hog High Flyin Chicken and cook chicken thighs until crispy on the outside and internal temperature reached 165ºF. Cook bacon until desired crispiness.
Remove chicken thighs and bacon from heat.
Slice hawaiian rolls in half and place face down to toast on the flat top or skillet. Remove from heat after golden brown. - Add chicken thighs to a stand mixer on low - remove chicken thighs once shredded. If you do not have a stand mixer, shred with two forks.
Place bottom 1/2 of hawaiian rolls on cutting board.
Add shredded chicken, Blues Hog Champions' Blend BBQ sauce, bacon, cheese slices, lettuce and tomato.
Slice rolls and enjoy!
