Cheesy Grits + Pulled Pork Cups

Layers of cheesy grits, tender pulled pork, and crunchy slaw all in one bite. Perfect for tailgates, watch parties, and hungry friends + family!

Ingredients

2 pounds pulled pork, already prepared

8 ounce bag coleslaw mix

2 tbsp mayo
-
2 tbsp Blues Hog Tennessee Red BBQ Sauce

1 cup quick grits
-
4 cups water

1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese

1 jalapeño, sliced thin

Blues Hog Sweet & Savory seasoning, to taste

Blues Hog Smokey Mountain, to taste
Directions
Combine cole slaw, mayo, and Tennessee Red BBQ sauce. Mix until combined, place in fridge until ready to assemble cups.
Prepare grits according to back of package. Once fully cooked, add in grated cheddar cheese and mix until smooth.
Assemble cups. Spoon warm grits into cup, place pulled pork on top of grits. Drizzle with your favorite Blues Hog sauce (we chose Smokey Mountain). Top with coleslaw mixture and 2 slices of jalapeños.
Garnish with Blues Hog Sweet & Savory seasoning and enjoy!
