These charcuterie nachos are everything you love about a classic charcuterie board, but warm, melty, and piled high on crispy chips topped with Raspberry Chipotle sauce!
Ingredients

1 bag kettle cooked chips
-
½ wheel of brie cheese
-
6 slices prosciutto
-
2 tbsp Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Spread kettle chips evenly on sheet pan.
Cut brie into small cubes and place on top of kettle chips.
Tear prosciutto in half and tuck each piece in between kettle chips and brie.
Place in oven for 5 minutes - brie cheese should be metly and prosciutto slightly crisp.
Remove from oven and drizzle with Raspberry Chipotle.
