Ingredients

Blues Hog Wagyu Competition Style Burnt Ends

Blues Hog Champions’ Blend BBQ Sauce

1 package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

3 tbsp melted butter

Bread & Butter Pickles

½ cup French Fried Onions
Directions
Bring a pot of water to a boil, then remove from heat. Add package of Blues Hog Wagyu Competition Style Burnt Ends and cook according to package directions.
While the burnt ends are heating, place Hawaiian rolls on a sheet pan. Slice the rolls in half, hot dog bun style.
Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and bake at 350°F for 3 minutes until lightly toasted.
Remove burnt ends from water and toss in a bowl with Blues Hog Champions’ Blend BBQ Sauce until fully coated.
Assemble sliders: place sauced burnt ends inside of the rolls, then layer with pickles and French fried onions.
Drizzle with extra BBQ sauce and serve warm.
